- Please arrive on time. If you are new to the studio, arrive about 10-15 minutes early to allow time to fill out our intake form and use the restroom so that you will be able to start your massage at your scheduled time. There may be appointments scheduled after yours, so please be on time out of respect for our other clients.
- Please be respectful to other clients. Another massage or class may be in session, so please refrain from loud conversation or cell phone use.
- If you bring your phone in the studio with you, please have it turned off or on silent to prevent any disruptions to others or to your relaxation.
- Breathe. It's ok to let go. Proper breathing is an essential part to an exceptional massage. Not only will it provide feedback to your therapist, breathing will give you something to focus on to help you relax.
- Relaxing and letting go are our goals. Try not to think and dwell on things in the past or future. Stay in the present moment. Again, focus on your breath, and allow your body to release the tension.
Cancellations
Entouch understands that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of the appointment price. This will automatically be deducted from the credit card on file with your account. This must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-Shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show." They will be charged for their "missed" appointment. This will automatically be deducted from the credit card on file with your account. This must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the "full" session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
