Yoga Immersion & Yoga Teacher Training
Join us as we explore how yoga transforms body, mind and total being. Students begin with Yoga Immersion training toward greater understanding and personal practice development.
The Yoga Immersion will be covering a variety of topics that include instruction in yoga poses, breathing techniques, meditation, philosophy, anatomy and yoga lifestyle. For those interested in teaching and learning even more, we continue on toward certification as 200 RYT Yoga Alliance registered teachers.
The topics for Yoga Teacher Training include philosophy, ethics, yoga lifestyle, how to practice at home, biomechanics, history, anatomy, asanas, alignment, restorative yoga, gentle yoga, pranayamas, guided meditation, teaching methodology, chakras and more! All students will be receiving a Reiki 1 & 2 Attunement and Certification to further their knowledge of the body and being.
Our next training is TBD. Classes will be held on Sundays 12:00 to 6:00pm, but there will be a couple full weekends to attend throughout the training.

Meet your Teacher, Susan!
Our program will be taught primarily by Susan Hanchett, with special sessions instructed by her teacher, Nancy Candea, as well as other specialized instructors.
Susan is a nurturing and supportive teacher. She believes each person brings unique gifts to their practice. Realizing that yoga has been a part of her own path to personal health and growth, she set out to learn in order to give back. Susan offers students the opportunity to explore and build their own personal practice, by teaching those who also want to give and receive through this amazing 5000 year old philosophy and practice. Traditional yoga teachings supported by new knowledge from yoga therapy, help each person understand the benefits of practice, where "east meets west". Susan teaches, presents and works one-on-one with yoga therapy clients. She believes yoga opens your heart, mind and body to new insights and life experiences. It is a journey for life!
