Angela Arnold

Angela instantly fell in love with the mental benefits of yoga – the way her mind slowed down, and the sense of bliss that she felt through truly connecting with her breath on the mat. After about a year of sporadic practice, she knew that yoga was going to be a part of her life and she wanted to learn more about the yogic philosophy. In 2015, she completed her 200 hour teacher training program and is more inspired than ever to spread the joy that yoga can bring to as many people as possible. Her intent is to always teach from her heart and she hopes to provide a safe, loving, calm environment in each of her classes that facilitate her students to connect with themselves, heal, and grow She is a certified Reiki Master, and Prenatal Yoga Specialist.

Justin Thorne

Yoga Instructor

Justin has always been passionate about working with people through his life – as an advocate for persons with disabilities, as a yoga teacher – and as a friend. Justin completed his RYT-200 in July of 2016 with the hope of offering a practice to students that can be fun, challenge each student physically at their own level, unite breath with movement, and provide an opportunity for the mind to relax and find peace. He is a firm believer in the idea that our work together is as important as the work we do for ourselves. “I believe a yoga class is a celebration of life. We come together to share our practice. There are no teachers without students and students without teachers, as we require each other. When we practice, we express ourselves, and when we express ourselves, we are alive.”

Paul Weber

Yoga Instructor

Paul began his yoga journey in 2010 as a means of supplementing triathlon and endurance sports training. However, his interests in yoga deepened with steady yoga practice. As a retired U.S. Army Master Sergeant, he also tapped into the yogic practice to overcome long-time injuries incurred while serving in the U.S. Army. Paul became a Registered Yoga Teacher in 2015 after studying under Theresa May, of Santosha Yoga. He endeavors to weave ancient yogic philosophy into his daily life as a means of achieving balance in an ever-changing world, remaining grounded, physically fit, and as Mahatma Gandhi so eloquently stated, being the change I wish to see in the world. These principles have also had a lasting impact on not only his abilities as an avid rock climber, ice climber, mountaineer, endurance athlete, and fellow associate, they've also deepened his relationship as that of a husband, friend, and dad. Paul is RYT200 certified and a Reiki Master.
